No Our mobile payment works via a web application, which, in simple terms, is a completely normal website. Registration is also not required with this payment method — parking people simply enter their license plate number and pay digitally.
No, a parking machine is not absolutely necessary. You decide for yourself which payment options you would like to offer your parking providers. Some of our customers prefer to only offer digital payment options. The choice always depends on your specific user groups and requirements. We would be happy to advise you on this.

You’ll start with onboarding days that are the same for all new joiners. In your first days, you’ll get to know our product, the different teams, and some of your new teammates. You’ll also receive introductions to tools and ways of working. After that, onboarding continues within your team. Your buddy will support you and is available whenever you have questions.

Parking violations are recorded automatically using license plate capture — without on-site staff. Registered keeper data can be obtained via public interfaces. The vehicle owner then receives a letter with an invoice for an increased usage fee.
