No. Drivers simply need to comply with the speed limits of the applicable traffic regulations.
The vehicle’s license plate is automatically detected at entry and exit. There is no continuous recording. Capture happens only when a plate is recognized (similar to a speed camera principle).
The license plate scanner is equipped with weather protection and a heating element.
Yes. License plate recognition works in low light using infrared support.
The system is not affected by different lighting conditions.
No. The license plate scanners are equipped with SIM cards from German telecom providers. Alternatively, an on-site LAN connection can of course be used.
