The challenge
Palais Vest in Recklinghausen, one of the region's leading shopping centers, was looking for a modern and reliable parking system. The previous barrier-based solution was susceptible to faults and led to backlogs, particularly during peak hours. In order to make the visit more pleasant for customers and at the same time reduce CO₂ emissions due to backlogs, center management has decided to switch to a digital system.

With the Peter Park System, Einakufsznetrum has introduced an innovative, digital parking space management solution that works without barriers and tickets. The system automatically records entrances and exits using privacy-compliant license plate scans, meaning that parking people travel seamlessly and conveniently without stopping at entry and exit. You can pay flexibly at touch-screen-controlled vending machines on site or online up to 24 hours after departure.
