The Peter Park system has convinced us, because parking people do not need a ticket or parking disc and park seamlessly and conveniently. In addition, the solution requires hardly any components susceptible to wear and only a small amount of hardware on the surface. As a result, it is inexpensive to purchase and operate.

The challenge
Intro Bergheim was faced with the task of providing its visitors with enough free parking spaces at all times. To ensure this, a barrier system with a cash machine was used in the past. However, this often had technical problems, which resulted in dissatisfied customers. When looking for a new solution, it was therefore clear that a new parking system should function reliably, cause no additional effort for the center team and keep parking spaces free for customers.
Our solution
Peter Park's barrier-free parking system controls parking time without additional administrative costs. It records the customer's license plate when entering and leaving in accordance with data protection regulations and automatically deletes it if the maximum free parking period is met. If the maximum parking period is exceeded, an increased usage fee is charged, which effectively keeps third-party parkers away. The employees of the shops in the shopping center are stored in the system as long-term parkers.
