Parking people now drive into and out of the parking garage without having to stop at the entrance and exit. There are also no more parking tickets that can be lost; instead, parking people pay at the end of their stay by entering their vehicle number at easy-to-use vending machines or via the EasyPark app

The challenge

Hustle and bustle among commuters and train travelers

If you have to get to the train station, you're often in a hurry. The operator of the parking garage at the main train station in Linz wanted to save commuters and train travelers additional stress from stopping at barriers at the entrance and therefore had Peter Park's digital, barrier-free parking management system installed in 2023.

Our solution

Convenient parking

The parking garage is not only ideal for long-distance travelers and commuters, but visitors to the nearby city center and surrounding offices are also happy to park their vehicles here. They all now park conveniently and seamlessly, because the new system not only works without barriers but also without tickets that could be lost. Instead, the system scans the license plates at entry and exit and automatically calculates the parking time from this. At the end of their stay, parking people pay in a relaxed way at user-friendly vending machines or via a parking app by entering their license plate number.
