Klagenfurt airport was looking for a new parking management system for its parking lot and the “Kiss & Fly” zone. The requirements for the new solution were: low maintenance costs, numerous - including electronic - payment options and a fast, convenient parking process for employees and passengers. The digital, limitless Peter Park system was chosen.

Our solution

Modern parking space management

The new solution works without barriers and parking tickets, so that cars at Klagenfurt Airport can drive onto the parking areas without stopping and park directly. Even during busy summer holidays, backlogs at the access roads are avoided. The license plates are recorded with scanners when entering and leaving without the people in the vehicle being recognized. In addition to the license plates, the system stores the time of entry and exit and automatically calculates the parking time from this. Payment is made conveniently at user-friendly vending machines or via a parking app by entering the license plate number.
