The challenge
The cost-intensive maintenance of parking space technology and lack of control over third-party parkers repeatedly posed problems for the NH Hotel Hamburg Altona. A lack of free parking spaces for customers and the associated dissatisfaction among guests has repeatedly prevented employees from their actual tasks.
Our solution
The barrier-free parking system enables seamless entry and exit from the hotel's parking areas and underground car park. The license plate of the vehicle is read with the help of a scanner when driving in and out; barrier systems are unnecessary. Hotel guests pay at reception by entering their license plate, visitors via the EasyPark app, meaning that it is no longer necessary to pay at a vending machine. Automated parking management processes reduce effort and costs for hoteliers.
